Pour over vegetables and chicken steak

Ingredients
200 ml sunflower oil
3 eggplants
500 g green peppers (peppers)
200 g feta cheese
4-5 chops chicken
tomato paste
50 ml white wine
1 egg
flour
100 g yogurt
100 g cheese
salt

Method
Cut the eggplants into thin slices lengthwise, salted and fried. During this time, cut the peppers into two same length and also fry until tender. Fry is also chicken steaks, previously salted. In a medium pan arrange fried products - one line eggplant, peppers a row and a row chicken fillets. To crush the feta cheese into small cubes and sprinkle on the steaks, then pour the tomato puree. Add the white wine by pouring carefully removed, not the tomato paste. In separate bowl mix the egg, add the yogurt and flour, as is dressing moussaka. Pour the dish and place in preheated oven. Bake 40 minutes at 180 C. When the dish stand for 30 minutes in the oven, subtract, grate cheese and to bake another 10 minutes. * The dish is typical of the population of the Rhodope region.
