Pretzels for Trifon's Day

Ingredients
2 cups lard or 1 cup lard and 1 cup sunflower oil
yeast as a walnut
4-5 tbsp lukewarm milk
1 cup yogurt
pinch of baking soda
3 eggs
200 g of crumbled feta cheese
500 g flour
Method
Fat, yeast (matured in advance with milk), yogurt, baking soda and flour kneaded dough, which, by interfering becomes bubbles. Separately, whisk the eggs (without yolk 1) and shall crumble the feta cheese. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 7-8 mm. Cut triangular pieces near their end put the filling and rolled like small buns. With pre separated yolk brushed muffins and bake at 180 C
