Quiche with broccoli and mushrooms

# For the base:
220 g flour
125 g butter
1 egg
1-2 tbsp cold water
# For the filling:
500 g broccoli
5 field mushrooms
100 ml cream
125 g cream cheese
100 g cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
