Quick bread with feta cheese and beer

Ingredients
350 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
200 g feta cheese * * Cheddar or Emmental * *
375 ml beer
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp melted butter
Method
Pour into a large bowl the flour, baking powder, the feta cheese and sugar. Stir well and add the beer. Mix until a smooth mixture. Apply olive oil bread tin (23x13 cm) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the dough in it. Preheat oven to 180C. Bake 45 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with the butter. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
