1 rabbit (2kg)
3 large onions
2 tbsp flour
1 and 1/2 cup wine
2 oranges
6-7 clove garlic
1 bay leaf
10-15 peppercorns

Rabbit cut it into portions, portion ribs remove it (using the latter for soup). In a suitable container with a little oil fry the meat until browned. Add the sliced ​​onions, fry until soft 5 minutes. Add flour, stir and pour the wine, again stirring, add 1 cup hot water and leave to boil. Peel of one orange cut between a quarter and then chopped. It is added together with other spices (except parsley), add salt, reduce heat and let simmer 45 minutes on low heat. Then add the juice of two oranges and leave for another 15 minutes to boil softly. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley. * Option oven: After frying the meat put it in a pot or pan, add all other products (except parsley), the flour mix it with 1 hour. h. cold water, cover or put foil and bake in a preheated oven at 150C for 1 hour and 30 minutes. When serving sprinkle with parsley.
