Ingredients
2 onions
3 large zucchini
1-2 eggplants
800 g canned tomatoes
2 pickled peppers (from a jar can)
4-5 tbsp olive oil
2-3 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper, bay leaves 2-3
8 eggs
30 g feta cheese Emmental, cut into thin strips

Method
In a pan becomes heated olive oil, then add the chopped onion, fry well, add salt to taste , add pepper, add the tomatoes, eggplant, cut into small cubes, zucchini, eggplant, peppers cut into strips, chopped garlic and bay leaves. All stir well and fry in olive oil. Then fry the bay leaves are removed. Then in a separate pan heat the rest of the olive oil. Beat 2 eggs, pour in the pan. Allow the egg to fry.
