Rice with dried fruit - II type

Ingredients
200-250 g rice
750 ml milk
125 g dried fruit of your choice - apricots, cherries, dates, figs
little liquor soaking the fruit
sugar
Method
The fruits are soaked in liqueur. Rice nice wash. Put it in boiling water to boil for about 5 minutes. Drain and pour into a saucepan and pour fresh hot milk, sweetened to taste and boil until absorb all the milk. Pour in a form coated with a little oil and leave for several hours in the cold or refrigerated. Then turns and decorated with a crown of fruit.
