Rice with herring and peas

Ingredients
100 g rice
200 g fish herring
100 g canned or frozen peas
1/2 tsp ginger
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce
salt

Method
Rice is boiled in salted water and mixed with ginger. Herring cut and fry in the heated olive oil for 1-2 minutes. Add peas and stir for 2-3 minutes, seasoned with soy sauce and remove from fire. Using a metal ring shaped sofas rice. Is arranged above the fish and serve.
