Rice with raisins

Ingredients
2 apples
1 quince
1 and 1/2 cup rice
3 tbsp melted butter
2/3 cup raisins
Method
Apples and quince peel and cut into cubes. Add raisins, and the mixture was stirred. At the bottom of a saucepan put 2 tbsp butter and top layers are arranged one-third of the fruit mixture, half a cup of washed rice, though one-third of the fruit mixture and half a cup of rice, the last third of the fruit mixture and half a cup of rice. Top pour 3 tablespoons butter and salted water in an amount sufficient to cover the top layer of rice. Dessert boil for about an hour on low heat.
