Rice skinless sausages in the oven

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups rice
4 skinless sausages
300 g mushrooms
1 cup peas
4 onions
1 carrot
pepper
parsley
salt
sunflower oil
2 cubes vegetable broth
Method
Onions, carrots and mushrooms are cut and sauté until soft. 4 Pour 1/2 cup water and bring to the boil put the rice, peas, chopped skinless sausages and spices. Transfer to a baking dish and bake in a moderate oven until fully absorbed water.
