Risotto with mushrooms a la Italy

Ingredients
250 g rice
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
1 kg various types of mushrooms
2 tbsp butter
pepper
250 ml cream
fresh herbs: basil, oregano, parsley and dill
50 g feta cheese Parmesan
500 ml vegetable bulyun
Method
Boil the rice in vegetable broth. Peel the onion and garlic and chop them finely. Clean the mushrooms and cut them. Fry the mushrooms in the butter with onions and garlic. Sprinkle with pepper. Mix cooked rice with mushrooms and let stand for 5 minutes on the stove. Add the cream. Sprinkle the dish with fresh herbs and parmesan.
