Roasted caramel donuts

Ingredients
2 cups warm milk
3 tbsp fresh yeast
4 eggs
pinch of salt
6 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter
flour to obtain a soft dough
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
6 tbsp milk
shredded coconut (coconut)
# spreads:
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar

Method
Mix first 7 ingredients (kneading with hands). Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, forming a square, cut into 4 parts. The parts are coated with a mixture of 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup margarine. Sprinkle with the following mixture of 6 tbsp milk and grated coconut to taste. Cut in length (one finger width) and twist (you can make mini donuts). Place in an oiled tray. Bake until light golden brown. Make a mixture of 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup sugar and brush smeared and returned to the oven to caramelize.
