1 head cauliflower (broccoli) or both types of vegetable
about 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 cup milk or 1 cup milk and 1 cup of vegetable potion
3 tbsp toasted flour
sunflower oil (olive oil)
spices of your choice - dill, pepper, nutmeg

Cauliflower (broccoli) are tear florets and blanched for a few minutes in salted water (I used canned cauliflower). Remove and allow to drain well. Then rolled in bread crumbs, put them in an oiled dish, sprinkle with sunflower oil (olive oil) and cook in the oven. The feta cheese is crushed into small pieces, sprinkle with pre-toasted in a dry pan and cool, flour, add 1 cup cold milk and put on the fire to boil. And gradually add the other cup of milk or vegetable potion the sauce and stir constantly simmer a few minutes until thickened. Serve warm. Serve sauce sprinkled with dill or pepper or nutmeg. Top rank of grilled florets. * Instead of toasted flour can be used flour, fried in 3-4 tbsp sunflower oil (olive oil, butter). * Fried breaded cauliflower can fry.
