Roasted chicken livers with vegetables and mestse

Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
200 g chicken fillet pieces
2-3 tbsp chutney or tomato paste
2-3 tbsp mustard
2-3 tbsp carrot cubes
2- 3 tbsp leek, chopped
2-3 tbsp eggplant, diced
2-3 mushrooms coarsely chopped
Chapter 1 onion chopped in large pieces
sunflower oil, salt, soy sauce

Method
All listed products are placed in the pan, doovkusyavat to taste with salt, taking care not to become savory - soy sauce too savory. Bake in preheated oven at 250C. Turning once, when apparently well browned livers to not splinter. Bake until the fat remains. Approximately 40 minutes.

Wow ran my leagues ... Goes directly to Favorites and try it mandatory. Because rabbit and chicken are almost identical, will try with rabbit liver and fillet.
