Roasted fish sandwich - I type

Ingredients
1 slice dry white bread
20 g butter
1 fillet marinated fish
1 yolk
30 g feta cheese
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tsp tomato paste
cheese 30 g
Method
The sheet is cut into slices and middle smeared on one side with the butter and place in a buttered side on a fireproof container. The yolk is mixed with the feta cheese and breadcrumbs. Apply the mixture on toast. Top place fish fillets and smeared with tomato paste. The sandwich is baked in a hot (220 C) oven for 5-6 minutes, sprinkle with grated cheese, place on lettuce and serve.
