Soak the bread in water, then squeeze it nice and add to the mince, add egg and grated onion and season with salt and spices. Knead the minced meat and let it stand for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator to absorb odors. Form meatballs with wet hands and put them in a suitable pan, lightly greased.
