Roasted lamb with potatoes and beer

Ingredients
lamb
1 kg potatoes
500 ml beer
sunflower oil
salt
pepper
paprika
mint

Method
Spread the meat very well with sunflower oil, salt, black and red pepper. Potatoes are cut in large pieces Season with salt and pepper. In the pan put a little sunflower oil, potatoes, meat, mint sprigs and beer. Cover with foil and bake at 180 C until ready. When finished removing fthe oil and bake another 10 minutes.
