Roasted peppers with cream

Ingredients
1 kg peppers
1-2 onions
250 g sour cream
1/3 cup milk
pepper
1 bouillon cube
salt
sunflower oil
Method
The peppers are roasted, peeled, cleaned of seeds and cut into pieces. In a pan fry chopped onion then add the chopped peppers, cream, milk, spices and stew for a bit on the stove. Serve with chips, preferably corn, as an appetizer.
