Dried mushrooms are soaked in hot water for about 15 minutes Pork tenderloin spread of the rectangle, add salt and sprinkle with pepper, then that is smeared with mustard. On the piece of meat rank carrot, bacon and cheese, cut into slices. Mushrooms were drained from the water, cut and placed on them. At the top are placed pieces of processed cheese. Meat turns to roll and place on a sheet of aluminum foil. It turns like candy and before it closes on the roll is put soy sauce, white wine and sunflower oil. Bake in preheated 200 degrees oven for about an hour. Then the roll is out of fthe oil, and the sauce, which is separated, mix with a little water and sour cream and pour over the meat and optional can be served separately. * I used a recipe for dried Chinese mushrooms moon, they can be replaced with fresh mushrooms or porcini, but in this case should be slightly stifled advance. * The roll can be left whole or cut into pieces, each screw in a separate foil.
