900 g minced meat
100 g cheese
70 g mushrooms
finely chopped onion and parsley
Minced meat is kneaded with spices for meatballs. Divide seven balls. Any spread in the shape of a rectangle. At one end is put chopped mushrooms, cheese, onion and parsley. Wound on a roll and pressed lightly on both sides. Bake in a moderate oven. Optional roulades can be smeared with whipped whites and breadcrumbs.
