Rybnik of river fish with bulgur

Ingredients
1 kg river fish
3 cups (500 g) bulgur
5 bunches of spring onions
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
mint
salt
Method
The bulgur is cleaned and washed, then boiled in water and pour into pan. Top ranks cleaned and washed fish and dusted with finely chopped onion and mint. The fat is heated to boiling, stained with red pepper, and pour over the fish. Dish add salt, stir, pour water and bake in the oven.

I do it the same way, however, sprat and olives
