Ingredients
          200 g spinach
          200 g lettuce
          few sprigs of arugula
          1/2 mango
          1/2 green apple
          50 g rice nuts
          lemon juice
          parsley
          salt olive oil

          Method
              Cut the strips advance the washed and cleaned from the stalk spinach and lettuce. Then put a few sprigs of arugula. Wash the mango and apple. Cut them into thin strips. Once you have ordered things, season with olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Finally, sprinkle the rice with nuts and chopped parsley.     * I like the combination of nut flavor with spicy notes of fresh green arugula and spinach. Exotic sweetness of mango and freshness of green apple are a good addition to this type of salad.

Fresh and balanced salad, I liked the combination, thanks for the recipe. Once again convinced that mango is a very good addition to savory salads :) I slowed zelenishite and lack of rice kernels used roasted almonds. Apple in January cut short thin strips that as long difficult to pierce - has planes that give very thin julienne and then softer, but I do not like that.
