Salad of beans

Ingredients
200 g beans
300 ml carbonated water
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp tomato paste
4 tomatoes
1 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp sunflower oil
red pepper, parsley, salt
Method
Beans soak overnight in cold water the next day discarded. Swollen beans pour carbonated water and boil on low heat until ready. Then drained and still hot mixed with chopped onions and garlic and pour the marinade made from vinegar, the oil, tomato paste, paprika and salt. After cooling, the salad was partitioned, which is topped with slices of tomatoes and sprinkle with parsley salted.
