Ingredients
3 leeks
3 eggs
300 g feta cheese
250 g mayonnaise
3-4 tbsp sour cream
3-4 tbsp yogurt
pepper, salt

Method
White part leeks cut into in small pieces. Boil the eggs and grated. The feta cheese is crushed. Everything is mixed with mayonnaise, cream and yogurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cool before serving. * Optional cream can be omitted, but then you need to increase the mayonnaise.
