Ingredients
300 g chicken breast
200 g walnuts
200 g raisins
2-3 stalks celery
250 g mayonnaise
pinch of salt
1 bouillon cube
pepper
Method
Chicken is boiled in seasoned water with bouillon cube, cut into small pieces and mixed with coarsely chopped walnuts and raisins. Add chopped celery and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
