Ingredients
400 g drained yogurt
200 g mayonnaise
200 g boiled potatoes
200 g sausage (ham larded sausage - of your choice)
300 g gherkins (pickled or marinated)
2 hard boiled eggs
250 g cheese
10 olives
salt
Method
Products are arranged in a transparent bowl in the following order: Mix milk, mayonnaise and a little salt. At the bottom of the bowl put 2-3 tablespoons of the sauce, then grinded with in large pieces grater potatoes, cover with a little sauce. Place chopped sausage and again a little sauce. Finely chopped gherkins (small to squeeze) and sauce, grated eggs and remaining sauce. Top Grate cheese. The decoration is optional with olives. Place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. The products can replace or add other (corn, mushrooms, roasted peppers, etc.). If you like, in the sauce can be added 1-2 pinches finely chopped dill.
