Method
Fillet of cod stew 10 minutes in a small amount of salted water, drain and cool. Pickles and peeled, cleaned of core apples are cut into small pieces. Chopped onion, parsley and capers mixed with yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, a pinch of cayenne pepper and salt to taste.
