Ingredients
          Iceberg lettuce 1
          2 carrots
          300 g feta cheese Emmental
          100 g red cabbage
          olives with anchovies
          1/4 onion
          salt, olive oil, apple cider vinegar

          Method
              Lettuce washed, drained and Chopped in large pieces. Carrots, red cabbage and onions grated and add to lettuce. Season with olive oil, vinegar and salt. Add the olives and cut into small cubes cheese.
