Salad with marinated vegetables

Ingredients
1-2 carrots
1 cucumber
100 g marinated mushrooms
1 tbsp rum
1 tbsp cognac
salt
200 g feta cheese or cheese
2-3 hard boiled eggs
mayonnaise
# For the marinade:
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup sunflower oil
Method
Mustard stir gently and to this was added the oil, tomato paste, sugar and black pepper. Peel the carrots and grate. Cucumber and mushrooms cut into small pieces. Pour in the prepared marinade and leave to stand for about 3 hours. eggs cut into rings and the feta cheese (cheese) Grate. In saucers distributed pickled vegetables. Sprayed with rum and brandy. Around them arrange slices of egg and sprinkle the feta cheese. Optional can be dusted and grated nutmeg. Decorate with mayonnaise.
