Ingredients
500 g macaroni
200 g fresh spinach
3 eggs
100 g bacon
lemon juice 1/2
1/2 bunch of dill
olive oil for frying
pinch of salt
Method
Pasta Boil in salted water, drain and put in a deep bowl. Spinach is washed, boiled for 5 minutes in boiling water, drain in a colander. Cut into small pieces and add to the bowl with the pasta. Eggs should be hard boiled, cut into small cubes and so put in other products. Bacon cut into cubes for 5 minutes fry in the heated olive oil and add the common bowl. The salad is seasoned with salt and lemon juice. Dill is cut into small pieces and mix with other products. The salad is served chilled.
