Salad with rice and horseradish

Ingredients
1/3 cup rice
1 pickle
50 g cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp horseradish (finely shredded)
lemon juice
salt
sunflower oil
Method
Rice is boiled in 1 cup salted water, then drain. Horseradish mixed with the oil and lemon juice and seasoned rice. Add eggs and cucumbers, diced and grated cheese. Mix gently and shape into a dish. You can season it if you want and with a little soy sauce or curry.

Girls today have made it. For now it is summer and we consume a lot of salads hopefully appeal to you. Who makes preserves you will easily cope with finding a pickle. :)
