Salad of roasted eggplant

Ingredients
1 jar roasted eggplant
250 g mayonnaise
3-4 garlic cloves
1/2 bunch parsley
salt to taste
5-6 olives for decoration
Method
Eggplant cut. To it add the chopped garlic and parsley. All this is well mixed with mayonnaise. Top is decorated with a sprig of parsley and olives.
