Ingredients
roasted peppers
feta cheese
salt
oil
vinegar

Method
The peppers are peeled and cut into very fine pieces, seasoned with salt and vinegar and place in salad bowl . Top grate finely grater the feta cheese and sprinkle with olive oil. Decorate with optional parsley twig or olives.
