Salmon a la alikantina

Ingredients
600 g salmon
1 lemon
1/2 red chili pepper
1 onion
3/4 cup (150 ml) olive oil
parsley
pepper
salt
Hollandaise sauce
Method
Rinsed and dried portions are soaked 2 -3 hours in a marinade made from olive oil, lemon juice, chopped pieces of onion, salt, pepper, julienne peppers and a sprig of parsley. Portions are removed twenty minutes before the presentation of the dish, add salt and baked under the grill until soft. Serve with lemon slices and Dutch sauce.
