Salmon with lemon sauce and dill

500 g salmon fillet
300 ml cream
the juice and rind of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp dried dill or 4 tbsp fresh chopped very finely
1 tbsp parsley
sunflower oil
# For garnish:
pasta, boiled potatoes or rice

Salmon (4 sirloin steaks) fry in a pan over medium heat and cover until they turn golden brown crust. Take it out and put in a warm place. Salmon, and to make a delicious ... I usually frying, a little lemon, dill, soy sauce and wasabi here sell our horseradish powder, which is mixed with water. Can anybody tell me what is the price of fillet without skin in Bulgaria .. !!?

great recipe! I get a little thick sauce, but will remove this defect next time :) very tasty and easy pasta are ideal garnish!
