Sauerkraut with rice and sausage

Ingredients
1 sour cabbage
1 cup Rice
1-2 leeks onion
1 onion
1/2 cup tomato juice
pepper
paprika
200 g larded salami Burgas
salt

Method
Sour cabbage is cut and chopped into small pieces. Stews in 4-5 tbsp oil. Add 1 cup water and dovaryava until soft, as from time to time check will not remain dry - if we make water. Cut two types of onions smothered in a separate pot with a little oil and water. Add spices - tomato juice, paprika, pepper and maybe without salt. Once the onion is stewed cabbage is tender, mix in a bowl and mix well. Add and cut into julienne salami and rice and stir again. Hoarse in pan, add 3 cups water and bake until ready.
