Sausage with tomato sauce podluchen

Ingredients
500 g sausage
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1/2 bunch of dill
5 cloves garlic
salt
1 tsp sugar

Method
Sausage cut into pieces 7-8 cm long. Each piece is cleaved at an angle of 3-4 seats. So sausage fry in preheated oil for a short time and remove them (for health, may Constipation of BBQ or pan in the oven). In preheated oil put tomato paste, pre-diluted with 1 cup water, add salt to taste, sugar, crushed garlic. After boiling remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped dill. In presenting the sausages are flooded with the resulting sauce. The sauce can be served separately.

Instead of tomato paste can be used fresh tomatoes or canned tomatoes, as Strain (crush) and fried in oil until the sauce thickens; I've baked sausage grilled and I reduced the oil for the sauce.

It was very tasty and easy dinner. I used fresh tomatoes and salami, which I had on hand. Thanks for the recipe! :)

Annie, with fresh tomatoes is no less tasty and sausage can be substituted with another sausage, ham, why not left with roast meat! And I thank you that you trust the proposed recipe! :)
