Ingredients
500 g flour
250 ml milk
50 g yeast
200 g butter
250 g sugar
5 yolks
pinch of salt
1/2 lemon
breadcrumbs
70 ml rum

Method
Sift the flour in the medium was done well and it was poured into cold reconstituted milk yeast. Knead the dough and let rise in a warm place. The butter stir well, add 120 g of sugar, grated peel and juice of lemon, a pinch of salt and finally, gradually pour the beaten egg yolks. It all added to the rare dough with the remaining flour and pour into well greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs round so that 1/4 of its volume to remain free or be distributed in several small shapes. Dot is left to rise for 30 minutes, then bake in a moderate oven until golden brown coloring. Boil the remaining sugar in 1/2 cup (100 ml) of water and add the rum.
