Schnitzel with mushrooms

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms mushrooms
1 and 1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
2 onions
breadcrumbs
sunflower oil
pepper
salt
Method
Mushrooms are ground into a blender or finely chopped with a knife. Add milk, eggs and fry until golden onion, salt and pepper. Add breadcrumbs to obtain moderate mixture for forming a patty. Allow to sit for half an hour. Formed into slices, rolled in breadcrumbs and fried. Serve with a green salad.
