Shmerkeze - pate feta cheese with onion

500 g grated feta cheese
2 cloves grated onion
250 g margarine
pepper
Method
All products are broken with blender. This is a wonderful appetizer, but can also be injected to decorate the main dishes.

Schmierkäse (Shmiyrkeze) means literally The smooth cheese, i. E. Cheese spreads (from schmieren - dub and Käse - cheese). Shmiyrkeze is any type of fresh cheese cream cheese all melted liquid, in general, any which was taken with a box knife and cover a slice :). Fresh cream cheese type has in countless variations - with onion, garlic, green spices, almonds, pineapple, bell peppers, with Nutella, hazelnut, shrimp, smoked salmon, smoked ham, bacon, avocado and so on.. and so on.. All this is shmiyrkeze.
