Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 cup sunflower oil
1 vanilla
200 g canned pineapple
1 banana
17 tbsp sugar

Method
In a bowl mix eggs with sugar, add milk and soda and the oil. Gradually add flour and finally vanilla. Pour the mixture in the pan and arrange on top fruit compote. Put it to bake in the preheated oven. Bake on low heat. When baking is pierced with a fork and can be optional with syrupy juice compote or pour honey. Top ranks bananas for decoration.
