6 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 cup flour
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 cup milk
10 g baking powder
# For the syrup:
300 g sugar
800 ml milk
100 g starch
fruit compote two (of your choice)
10 g gelatin
1.1 liter fresh milk for cooking starch

Beat eggs and sugar until and melting and getting fluffy, add the oil, milk and flour mixed with baking powder. In a pan with a diameter of 32 cm, greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with flour, pour the mixture, which is baked at 210C without pre-heated oven until a golden brown crust - about 35-40 minutes. Sugar is added to the tepid milk and stir until dissolved and, after deduction of the cake pour sweetened milk while boiling (may be done in the opposite way, hot topping on the cake). Prepare the starch and to it was added fruit compote of gelatin and which was first dissolved in 6 tbsp water to swell and then thawed in a water bath. With a cream pie pour syrup and leave to harden in the cold at least 4-5 hours.
