Ingredients
500 g cooked shrimp
1 cup couscous (not paste)
400 g canned tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
rind of 1 lime
1 tbsp lime juice
3-4 tbsp fresh coriander
2-4 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper
grated Parmesan cheese (optional for sprinkling)

Method
Shrimps are finely chopped (optional can and leave purposes). Juice from canned tomatoes and chicken broth is heated. When the boil, remove the pan from the heat and add all other products. Stir and covered with a lid for 5 minutes. The dish is stir with a fork and serve, optional sprinkled with parmesan.
