Ingredients
          300 g pure duck meat
          6-8 dried apricots
          6-8 prunes pitted
          sunflower oil
          salt, pepper
          vegetables for garnish - a carrot, radish, garlic or other

          Method
              Cut the duck into pieces about 4 cm from all sides. Thread duck wooden skewers, alternating between plum and apricot duck. Oiled skewers, bake them on barbecue or BBQ, turning them periodically. After the skewers are ready them served with fresh vegetables. Better baking meat is desirable to make small holes with the tip of a knife.
