Souffle with fish in Milan

Ingredients
500 g of fish fillets
70 g feta cheese
2 tbsp (20 g) tomato paste
40 g margarine
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
1 and 1/4. h. (250 ml) milk
2 eggs
pepper
salt
vegetable oil
Method
From margarine and flour is made light roux, which is diluted with milk. Add tomato sauce and grated feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Beat the egg yolks. The whole was stirred to give a sauce. Fish, cubed, stew in a little vegetable oil and pour the sauce. Add the beaten egg whites. With this mixture fill greased with vegetable oil shapes or form soufflé and baked in the oven until golden yellow color.
