Souffle with sausage

Ingredients
250 g rice
250 g sausage
50 g butter
1 bunch green onions
1 sprig fresh garlic
200 ml white wine
200 g cheese (hard)
500 g tomatoes - fresh or tin
salt
1/2 tsp rosemary
Method
The rice is boiled. Onions and garlic, sauté in butter. Add rosemary, tomatoes, wine, salt and sauté for 10 minutes. Half grated cheese mixed with rice. In the form of your choice, thoroughly greased with butter products rank so - sausage mixture with tomatoes, rice, mix with tomatoes and sausage. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 20 minutes at 200 C. Serve warm or cold with a salad of your choice. May apply carefully onto a plate and sprinkle with parsley.
