Soup of dried mushrooms

Ingredients
3-4 dried mushrooms
1-2 (100 g) carrots
1-2 (60 g) roots of parsley
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1/2 head ( 30 g) celery
4 tbsp (40 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
pepper
vinegar
salt
Method
Mushrooms 1/2 hour soak in lukewarm water, then cut into small pieces, pour with 5 cups hot water and put the fire to boil. Add the chopped carrots, celery and parsley roots. Add salt and boil until ready. Onions, finely chopped, stew in fat with flour and put in the boiling soup. After 10-15 minutes the soup was removed from heat. Serve cold, seasoned to taste with pepper and vinegar.
