Ingredients
3 bunches of fresh garlic
4 tbsp (40 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 bunch dill
salt
Method
Garlic, chopped, boiled until soft with salted water. Add lightly toasted flour and fat. Broth boil for another ten minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped dill. Serve cold.
