Soup of mushrooms - II type

Ingredients
400 g of fresh mushrooms
40 g butter
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
pepper
parsley
salt
Method
Mushrooms, having cleaned and washed, cut into small pieces, pour hot water, add salt and simmer until soft. Add flour, pre-stewed in fat. Soup up to 4 cups hot water and boil for another ten minutes. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and pepper.
