Ingredients
1 cup red lentils
1 onion
1 carrot
1 potato
savory
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cup milk
cheese for sprinkling
salt
Method
The lentils is boiled with potatoes and carrots and together with fresh milk passaged. In the hot sunflower oil fry the onion with a little salt and add the savory. Added to the strained lentils and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Serve hot sprinkled with grated cheese.
